Return Policy

Scope
All products sold are made to order, often customized or otherwise produced specifically after the order.

Right of withdrawal not applicable
Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods. Therefore, for items made to order, returns or refunds are not permitted for second thoughts, unwanted size/color, or aesthetic choices.

Legal guarantee for defects
This policy does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law. If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with the law.

How to report a defect or damage
In case of defects or damages upon arrival:
• send a communication within 14 days of delivery
• attach order number, description of the problem and clear photos of the packaging and product
• keep the packaging and contents until the inspection is completed
We will review your request and provide you with instructions on any return or replacement.

Order Cancellations
Since we produce on demand, production is generally quick. You can only request cancellation if production has not yet begun. Once started, the order is no longer cancellable or refundable. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you wish to request a cancellation.

Incorrect address or non-delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer or refusal to accept the package, no refunds will be given. We can reship at the customer's expense once we receive the return from the courier (if applicable).

Minimal differences in handmade products
Small variations in color, finish, or size are inherent to the craftsmanship and do not constitute a defect.

Processing and shipping times
The times indicated on the product page are estimates. Any reasonable deviations due to the handmade nature of the product do not entitle us to a refund, except for abnormal delays attributable to our responsibility.
